Shipping, returns, terms & privacy

Shipping

We ship within Canada and to the United States. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation, and we email tracking once your order ships. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.

Shipping and applicable taxes are confirmed at checkout for your delivery address. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Please check your delivery on arrival. If a package is damaged, photograph it before opening further and contact us right away.

Returns

Because these are sterile, regulated and single-use medical supplies, we can’t accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or stored outside their required conditions, or of items that are temperature-sensitive.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll replace it or refund it. Please keep the original packaging until we’ve responded.

Terms of sale

Who we are. This website is operated by under the name Medical Aesthetics Supplies (“MAS”, “we”, “us”).

Sourcing and licensing.

Who can buy. Our products are sold to licensed healthcare practitioners and clinics for professional use only. By ordering, you confirm that you are such a practitioner or are authorized to purchase for a licensed clinic. We may verify your licence and may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we cannot verify eligibility.

Your responsibilities. You are responsible for using products in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions, applicable law and the standards of your regulatory college. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Product descriptions and images are illustrative; please read the labelling supplied with the product.

Pricing and availability. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. We may correct pricing errors and update availability at any time.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected products. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer or health legislation.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

Privacy

What we collect. When you order, apply for a pro account, contact us or join our list, we collect the details you give us: name, email, phone, clinic, delivery address and, where required, your professional licence details. We also collect order history.

How we use it. To process and ship orders, verify eligibility, provide support, prevent fraud and, if you opt in, send restock news. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with. Service providers that help us run the store (such as our payment processor, website host and shipping carriers), only as needed to provide their service. We don’t sell your personal information.

Payments. Card payments are handled by Clover. We don’t see or store your full card details.

Your choices. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing . We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
